What is mental health? Will it affect me? What does it mean if my doctor has referred me to another service? How do you find out what services are out there to support you, where and how do you access these services?

Am I mad is hosted by the Eastern and Coastal Kent Primary Care Trust and the list of services are those that are nationally available and services that are specific to Canterbury, Swale, Thanet, Dover/Deal, Ashford and Shepway - the geographical boundaries of the PCT.
